Course Overview
Students registered for this SABPP accredited and NQF aligned short course will earn 25 credits on successful completion. On successful completion of this course a student will be able to:
- Consider a condonation application
- Consider advisory award in labour relations
- Write arbitration awards
- Consider rescission & variation applications
