Course Description:

This combination option allows you to study two occupational skills programmes. The Learning and Development Facilitator programme aims to provide students with the critical skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in the field of skills development. In addition, the Assessment Practitioner course is designed for professionals who design, implement, and evaluate various assessment tools and strategies to measure student learning outcomes.

Entry Requirements
An NQF Level 4 qualification with Communication.
Assessments
Students will complete an assignment for each of the knowledge and practical modules. For work experience modules students are required to submit the completed Statement of Work Experience with any additional evidence required. Students who have successfully completed the knowledge, practical and work experience requirement of the qualification will be issued with a statement of results which provides entry to the final examination. The final examination or Final Integrated Supervised Assessment (FISA) is administered by Academy of York.
Work Experience
Access to a training and development environment will assist the student to complete the course work required. A formal work placement is not a requirement for this programme.
