Entry Requirements
Further Education and Training Certificate in Human Resource Management (NQF Level 4) or equivalent. Two years work experience in a Labour Relations or Human Resource Management environment.
Assessments
Students will complete a summative assessment for each of the modules. Students who have successfully completed all the summative assessments will gain entry to the final examination or Final Integrated Summative Assessment (FISA). The FISA is conducted at approved examination centres available in all major South African cities (please note that additional examination fees apply).

There are no work experience requirements for this course.
Awards
Upon successful completion of the programme, students will be awarded the National Diploma: Labour Relations Practice: Dispute Resolution (SAQA ID 93994, LP ID 94079, NQF Level 5, 242 credits).
